How do I request a refund?

We've made returns easy! Just follow these simple steps:

1) Check to make sure your item is eligible for a return. 

2) If it is, login to your account at Liveto110.com 

3) On your Account page, click "Completed Orders." Then click the "Return Item(s)" button. 

4) We will review your request for return and we will notify you via email of your refund approval and return instructions. 

You may also send an email to cs@liveto110.com and explain the situation to one of our customer representatives who will gladly assist you.
