I have additional medical documents I want my Mineral Power coach to review and take into consideration when preparing my Mineral Power plan. How can I get these to you?

Use your Client Access Folder to safely submit any relevant medical documents or results from tests taken within the last year that you would like your Mineral Power coach to view. Simply go to your Client Access Folder and upload them to the "Medical History” sub-folder. Please note:

  • In compliance with HIPPA regulations, sensitive medical documents cannot and will not be accepted over email.
  • We must receive these documents no later than 48 hours before your appointment in order for them to be considered.
  • Pictures of documents are typically not eligible and therefore, not preferred. 
  • Format must be PDF, Word, or similar.
  • If you only have hard copies of these documents but wish them to be reviewed, please scan them and upload them to your Client Access Folder. If you do not have access to a scanner, you can download the free app, Genius Scan, which will easily scan documents for you using your smart phone!
  • If you are not able to find your Client Access Folder link, please contact our customer service at support@liveto110.com or cs@liveto110.com and they will provide you with your unique access link.
