I haven’t gotten any emails from Live to 110, even though I just bought something. What’s wrong?

Everything is sent to the email address you provided to Live to 110 at checkout. In some instances, clients may use an email address for their purchase that is linked to their PayPal account, which may not be checked regularly or is used as their primary email address. If you think this may the case, please check all email accounts listed to your name, including any and all linked to your PayPal account. 

Please also check your email account’s spam, promotions and/or junk folders to make sure your kit wasn’t accidentally sorted there.

You can add our customer service email address support@liveto110.com to your contacts in your email account to make sure our emails don't get filtered with spam or promotions emails.
